Our consistently high standards are reflected in the fact that we are the after sales service department for Marantz, Teac and Tascam in the UK.  

As authorised service agents for most major manufacturers, we are able to keep abreast of all the latest technical developments and offer a comprehensive range of repair services from Digital Audio Broadcast (DAB) to Plasma LCD and High Definition products.

Estimates

Before a job is started, a small fee is charged to produce an estimate of repair. This charge will go towards the final cost if you proceed with the repair.

Repair times

We repair CRT televisions, CD players, cassette decks, turntables, hi-fi mini systems and speakers. NSS carries a large stock of parts. Repair times can therefore typically be ten working days. Parts for older products are available from our stock inventory.

If your home entertainment needs interconnects, leads, plugs, aerials, adaptors or HDMI leads for High Definition products, contact our spares department today.

If machines need to be returned to the service centre, loan machines can be arranged if required.

Appointments/Collection & Delivery

Repairs can be looked at with prior appointments where you are able to see an engineer and in some instances, the repair can be completed while you wait in reception. Please use our location map for the easiest way to find us.

We also offer a collection and delivery service in SW/W/NW/N London and Middlesex areas. Repairs can be handled by the Goods in/Despatch department for other areas throughout the UK.

Payments

Payment are required prior to delivery of goods. Payments can be made by credit card (3% fee is chargeable), debit card or cheque supported by a bankers cheque guarantee card.
