NSS QUALITY AND RELIABILITY FOR PROCESSING LARGE NUMBER OF REPAIRS

Quality and reliabilty is our primary reason for existence and we consider the customer's satisfaction to be of paramount importance.

  • All repairs looked at and completed typically within 10 working days.
  • Large quantity of repairs from 120 per week can be processed.
  • Processing costs reflect relative value.

Guarantee

Repairs of all products are guaranteed for 90 days. Repairs for the same faults are processed free of charge.

Collection and delivery

NSS offers a collection and delivery service for small and large volume of repairs. We can collect from your customers within the M25. Please contact us for costs. Our vans are fully equipped with protected areas so your unit reaches us safely.

Training

NSS engineers undertake training and competent staff are used in all operational areas, and our quality department undertakes skills audits at regular intervals.

NSS also undertakes to manage training in conjunction with manufacturers for all new technology products in order to develop further technical skills for the benefit of our clients.

Payments

NSS offer thirty day settlement accounts payable on the 15th of each month.
